Was co-owner of Partners at Work from 2005-2025\u00a0 and had years of experience in filling board, supervision and senior management positions.\u00a0 Ingrid was chairman of the board of the Youth Fund Sport & Culture and was a member of an advisory board of the Van Gogh Museum.<\/p>\n

It was her mission to bring more diversity to the top of organizations and participates in various roles at network organizations to put diversity on the map. Ingrid looked with a sharp eye and thought ‘out of the box’ in the executive search procedures in which she advised. She was energetic, independent, curious and creative. She had a highly developed intuitive sense and never gave up.<\/p>\n
