Do you like to work at the biggest recruitment platform in the world? Do you want to be the point of contact for existing and prospective clients for the Benelux & Nordics region? Are you energized from doing sales and people management? Then this could the role for you! 

Jobrapido is looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager, with high analytical skills to focus on team and portfolio management. Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager will have an important role in leading a team focused on generating New Business Opportunities, as well as managing an existing portfolio of leading clients. This important role will contribute significantly towards the continuous growth and expansion of Jobrapido across the Benelux & Nordics Region. Currently the Benelux & Nordics sales team consists of 4 persons. In this role you'd report to the London based Manager Sales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody based in the Netherlands with relevant industry experience to work at the heart of a company providing true programmatic, performance marketing solutions to the recruitment industry and to refine and develop skills and experiences that are at the leading edge of what is available in the market today.

What will you be doing?

  • You have a team leadership role in which you lead the account managers and customer success managers. In total there are 4 colleagues. Specifically this means that you contribute to their development and build team spirit. You are not a traditional manager, but rather a coach and inspirator for your team members.
  • You are the face of Jobrapido in the region. You are a sparring partner for clients at C-level and you are good at establishing new relationships and expanding existing relationships. This means that you can represent Jobrapido at relevant events, fairs, in the media and other networking opportunities.
  • You are responsible for quotas and revenues goals and for the management of a customer portfolio across 3 countries (NL, BE, SE) as well as for the growth of the portfolio in your region.
  • You deal with sales, strategy, planning and execution. This means that you continuously think about how you can better serve your current customers, which new customers you want to bring in and how that will work out.
  • You are creative and proactive. You support the team in all new business development activities.
  • You participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure continued business excellence. 
  • You have regular meetings with key clients and present at industry events.

Desired competencies

  • You are a people’s person, able to engage and connect with people at all levels
  • You have 5+ years of experience in coaching teams.
  • You are willing to learn and develop yourself.
  • Ideally you have worked in an international context and have extensive knowledge of the online recruitment or e-commerce market in the Benelux region.
  • You have a background in strategic marketing, sales, online platform, e-commerce or HR and your heart beats faster from data-driven work.
  • You are a Native level Dutch speaker and master English on a proficiency level.
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Understanding Programmatic Advertising is an advantage.
