Ingrid Reichmann

Ingrid is expert in het uitvoeren van executive search opdrachten op top niveau met als specialisatie de financiële en zakelijke dienstverlening. Ze begon haar carrière in internationale commodity handel en het bankwezen en trad in 2005 toe tot Partners at Work. Ingrid heeft sterk ontwikkelde adviesvaardigheden en is een energieke, onafhankelijke persoonlijkheid. Ze is in staat tot de kern door te dringen, out of the box te denken en tot verrassende resultaten te komen in selectieprocedures. Ingrid is actief in verschillende netwerken en is bestuurslid van het Jeugdfonds Sport en Cultuur.  Ze heeft een Bsc Economie en is 16PF en Hogan gecertificeerd. 

Ingrid Reichmann

Ingrid has co-owned Partners at Work since 2005 and has more than 15 years of experience filling executive, supervisory and senior management positions in financial and business services. Earlier, she worked in various commercial management positions for ING Retail & Wholesale Banking. She started her career as an international trader in soft commodities. Ingrid has completed an economics B.ec study. She is 16PF and HOGAN certified. Ingrid is, as a volunteer, member of the board of the Youth Fund Sports & Culture and organizer in the committee for the biannual diversity prize of Women in Institutional Pension. Ingrid was recently awarded with a scholarship as a selected winner of the VU Future Women Leaders Scholarship for the Executive MBA: Leading with Purpose program offered by the School of Business and Economics at VU University Amsterdam. Ingrid is an energetic and independent personality. She never gives up, is creative and always looking for innovation. She has a curious and independent mind and a highly developed intuitive sense. Asking questions, wondering and genuine interest is what characterizes her.
