We offer executive search, executive coaching, and team assessments for Boards (executive and non-executive) and top management levels in both the private sector (eg financial and business services and industry) as well as the not- for-profit sectors (health care, education and other semi-public organsiations and NGOs).
Our partners are certified in the use of the Talent Motivation Analysis (TMA) method, and other talent, motivation and personality type tests like MBTI (Myers- Briggs Type Indicator) and 16PF to help advise candidates regarding their personal motivators, talents and development potential.
