Christine has a background in change management and diversity & inclusion in leadership teams. She is a master of Law (LL.M) and started her career with the The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) with a focus on people’s and organizational culture and behaviour. She subsequently moved to a consultancy firm specializing coordinating complex change projects within both the financial and public sector. Throughout her career Christine has also always remained professionally and personally involved with diversity, inclusion and leadership. She enjoys writing articles about it, she is a frequently asked speaker and (as such) continues to contribute to the public debate on the matter. She is a supervisory board member for various institutions.
Christine has a sparkling personality and is a robust and challenging counterpart. Her approach is collaborative, constructive, no-nonsense and results-oriented with always the goal of the client in mind.
