Ingrid Reichmann i.m.

Was co-owner of Partners at Work from 2005-2025  and had years of experience in filling board, supervision and senior management positions.  Ingrid was chairman of the board of the Youth Fund Sport & Culture and was a member of an advisory board of the Van Gogh Museum.

It was her mission to bring more diversity to the top of organizations and participates in various roles at network organizations to put diversity on the map. Ingrid looked with a sharp eye and thought ‘out of the box’ in the executive search procedures in which she advised. She was energetic, independent, curious and creative. She had a highly developed intuitive sense and never gave up.

Ingrid died in April 2025.
