Jacques Craenen

Started his career as an economic geographer. He spent many years with ING Real Estate where he focused on the development and investment
management. Following a foreign posting in Eastern Europe, Jacques was appointed to the position of Director at ING Real Estate Investment Management, with portfolio responsibility for Dutch property funds.

After his 20 years in real estate Jacques Craenen founded Escalier International in 2006. He has an outstanding and has an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics. His management experience, strategic vision and discretion make him an ideal sparring partner for senior management. Has been involved in many senior management positons in all sectors of the real estate industry.
